Sr. Associate Business Solutions Analyst

Requirements

• Works with stakeholders on new project intake and requirements gathering
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and establish analytics requirements
• Develops basic analytics solutions for quality, business process functionality, or other strategic/data/analytic initiatives of limited complexity
• Creates detailed documentation and business plans that address stakeholder needs
• Liaises between IT, Information Delivery Analysts, and business units to enable analytics models and data solutions
• Trusted business partner working with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify key challenges and work on resolutions with the goal of improving organizational performance
• Develops and implements basic data integration strategies that utilize various data sources and applications to enhance reporting
• Continuously works to improve business relationships, dashboards, and reports to meet emerging and changing business demands and guidelines
• Consults on UAT, technical specifications, strategic planning, contract design, technical support, testing updates, and trainings
• Manages data from multiple sources and uses project management skills to complete simple projects independently or complex projects in coordination with Information Delivery Analysts
• Transmits data and proactively works to ensure data quality
• Troubleshoots data issues and devises creative and effective ways to avoid or mitigate issues
