Job Description
As a Sr. Business Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying and maximizing financial opportunities through pricing strategy, cost optimization, capital efficiency and program profitability initiatives. You will work in collaboration with the NOGJ management team to achieve organizational objectives and ensure alignment with the company’s goals while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or economics
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including FP&A, program finance, or strategic financial analysis
  • Demonstrated experience maximizing financial performance in complex, highly regulated, or materials-intensive environments
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting, business forecasting, and investment analysis
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive financially sound business decisions
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools; experience with ERP systems
  • Experience supporting government-funded, defense, nuclear, energy, or special materials programs preferred
  • Familiarity with FAR/DFARS or other regulated contracting environments preferred
  • Experience in capital project analysis and long-term infrastructure investments preferred
