Job Description
WOONGJIN INC. is looking for a Business Analyst who will be a vital link between the business requirement and our Web system implementation by supporting and analyzing the business process, testing and executing deployment tasks of our system features.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with both customers and technical teams
  • Ability to clearly explain complex ideas, requirements, and system behaviors
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse roles and perspectives
  • 10+ years of experience in IT or system development projects
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new systems, technologies, and project environments
