Job Description
As a Sr. Business Analyst, Technical Product Management - BI, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver market-leading capabilities supported by ConnectiveRx's integrated platform services. You will work with product managers, software engineers, QA, project managers, and operations experts to define user requirements and acceptance criteria for reporting insights and implement new applications and system enhancements aligned with corporate strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience in data analysis within an agile software development environment
  • Experience defining or building reporting insights using platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Working knowledge of technical specifications—including APIs, JSON, XML, and data dictionaries
  • SQL and general data analytics experience
  • Familiarity with healthcare data and knowledge of BI platforms such as Looker, Tableau, and Power BI
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, technical capacity, collaboration skills, a strong work ethic, and solid interpersonal skills
