Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably within the solar or renewable energy sector
  • Proven track record of successfully closing large-scale EPC contracts or renewable energy projects
  • Strong understanding of solar EPC project lifecycles, financing mechanisms, and regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other business software
