Job Description
UKG is seeking a Sr Business Development Representative to join their North American BDR team. BDRs are responsible for generating new business through outbound prospecting and lead follow-up within a specific territory and market segment. The role focuses on utilizing UKG’s technology and enhancing client interest in the solutions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ professional experience as a BDR/SDR with strong outbound experience plus one additional year general professional experience
  • Proficiency using Salesforce.com
  • Understanding of the enterprise software industry, especially HCM or Workforce Management (preferred)
  • Ability to work in a UKG office three days a week (Lowell, MA, Weston, FL or Atlanta, GA)
