Job Description
Join Clorox as a Sr. Business Process Analyst - Logistics, enabling scalable logistics systems and processes across the enterprise. Partner with Product Owners and Operations to translate business needs into clear process and system documentation. Serve as the primary escalation point for business super users, triaging operational issues and routing validated requests to Product Owners. Serve as the system and process subject matter expert (SME) for assigned logistics platforms, document end-to-end business processes, and maintain training materials and job aids.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, logistics systems, and/or supply chain operations
  • Hands-on experience with logistics platforms (TMS, WMS, ERP modules)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), to include documentation skills
  • Experience supporting system testing and deployments
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, IT, and leadership
  • Ability to leverage data analytics and reporting to identify trends, inform decisions, and drive process improvements
