Job Description
The Senior Category Manager is responsible for leading assigned categories through end-to-end category management, including strategy development, financial performance, assortment, pricing, promotions, and vendor management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Category management experience in retail, CPG, or foodservice
  • Proven experience owning category strategy and financial performance
  • Strong cost accounting and financial analysis experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute category strategies
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Experience leading or mentoring others
  • Proficiency with Excel and category analytics tools
