Role Overview

Aerodyne Industries is a dynamic, rapidly growing engineering and information technology services firm. The successful candidate is responsible for the activities in the Machine Shop, consisting of a variety of tasks of considerable complexity which require the manufacture of parts and components to extremely close tolerances.

What You Will Do

Assembles or fabricates all part set-ups and operates all machine tools to fabricate parts per Engineering drawings or sketches. Verifies conformance of work piece to specification prior to turning in work, using calipers, micrometers, and various other inspection equipment.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 yrs of CNC machine programming experience on mills, lathes or mill turning equipment. Knowledge and experience using tool path verification software or tool collision detection software such as Vericut is required.
