Job Description
We’re looking for a full-time, staff Sr. Compensation Programs Analyst to join our Day & Zimmermann team. This role administers the enterprise compensation programs, systems, and processes, with primary accountability for Year-End Compensation activities (Merit and Short-Term Incentive), SuccessFactors compensation functionality including our Rewards & Recognition Program, and training enablement.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and competency with enterprise systems.
  • Knowledge of compensation/rewards principles and practices.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and coordinate multiple ongoing projects.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal and organizational skills.
