Job Description
Synagro is seeking a Sr. Compost Engineer to lead the engineering team's design of new facilities and major capital projects. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment, and technical expertise in composting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline/engineering/business management
  • 10+ years of increasing management responsibility, experience in industrial services, manufacturing or engineering industries
  • Minimum of five years in a Profit/Loss leadership role managing multiple sites
