Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Organizational Design professional to support the development and implementation of organizational structures that drive efficiency, scalability, and alignment with strategic objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
7+ years of experience in organizational design and related disciplines
Strong understanding of organizational theory, design principles, and business strategy
Experience with restructuring, mergers, or large-scale organizational transformations
