Job Description
The Sr. Consultant, Solution Vendor Partnerships role is responsible for proactively leading relationships with critical vendor partners to deliver industry leading services to customers. The position will develop and maintain strategic relationships with external suppliers, focusing on contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and ensuring vendor alignment with customer and organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-term, productive relationships with key suppliers to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Contract Negotiation: Leading negotiations on pricing, service level agreements (SLAs), and terms to maximize ROI and ensure compliance.
  • Performance Monitoring: Assessing vendor performance through KPIs and metrics, driving continuous improvement, and addressing underperformance.
  • Risk Mitigation: Mitigating risks associated with third-party vendors and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration: Working with internal teams (procurement, operations, finance) to translate business needs into effective vendor strategies.
  • Communication: Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization internally as well as with vendor partners
  • Documentation: Maintaining documentation on critical vendor contract terms to ensure all parties are compliant with agreements
