Sr Content Producer

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Photography, Design, Marketing, Production, or related field
• 6+ years production experience across photo and/or video environments
• 1+ years in a leadership role (direct or indirect)
• Prior managerial/supervisory experience
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven, fast-paced studio
• Working knowledge of production budgets, logistics, coordination, and talent management
• Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative
