Job Description
We are seeking a Sr. Continuous Improvement Facilitator to support the implementation of the Albers Business System through teaching, coaching, and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives throughout the Albers organization.

Requirements

  • Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent proven experience
  • In-depth understanding of lean tools and when to apply them
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated experience successfully leading/facilitating Kaizen events with impactful results
  • Proven leadership experience coaching and developing teams in the implementation of lean tools and principles
  • Demonstrated ability to coach/develop junior Lean Facilitators
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff, customers, and stakeholders
