Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 5 + years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
  • Proven experience leading improvement projects and influencing cross-functional teams
