Job Description
The Sr. Coordinator, AP Operations-Inquiries will provide resolution for Service Payables inquiries via email and phone interactions, communicate with customers to provide efficient case resolution, and act as a subject matter expert for specific processes and systems. This role will serve as a primary contact for inquiries regarding Service Payables transactions.

Requirements

  • Provide resolution for customer inquiry
  • Manage and resolve supplier account discrepancies
  • Act as a subject matter expert for specific processes and systems
  • Assist with escalated research and resolve internal and external customer issues
  • Maintain process documentation, complete reporting and special projects
  • Support projects and key business partner relationships
