Job Description
GEODIS is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements and contracts. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of legal experience as a transactional attorney and be able to practice law in at least one state.

Requirements

  • Membership in good standing with at least one state bar
  • Ability to practice law in at least one state
  • 5+ years of legal experience as a transactional attorney
  • PC literate with a command of Microsoft Office products
