Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated self-starter with big-firm and in-house public company securities, corporate governance, and contract experience to join our Legal team. In this role, you'll work across teams to support the Company’s corporate governance, corporate recordkeeping, and public company reporting and compliance efforts.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience with corporate transactional law as a law firm corporate associate and in-house lawyer
  • 3+ years of experience with commercial law, including complex commercial contracts
  • Experience working at or with a publicly traded company (insurance or other financial services company preferred)
  • In-house experience with startups and/or tech companies is a benefit, as is global experience
  • Bar admission in good standing (New York preferred)
