The role is designed for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume commercial environment and is interested in day-to-day contract negotiation and how legal services are delivered at scale.
What You Will Do
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, support general corporate legal matters, provide practical guidance to internal stakeholders, and manage day-to-day intake and workflow for contract and legal requests.

Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school; active bar membership in good standing.
- 5-10 years of experience; some in-house experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college/university.
- A track record of commitment to prior employers.
