Job Description
We are seeking a Sr. Counsel or Assistant General Counsel to provide counsel and advice on a wide range of regulatory and licensing matters, including contractor trade and other licenses, home services and supply chain. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a licensed attorney, with expertise in contracts, commercial law, and negotiation.

Requirements

  • Licensed attorney with 5 or more years of experience
  • Comfortable with contracts, commercial law, and negotiation
  • Great writing skills to explain complex legal concepts
  • Comfortable with research and analysis of statutes and regulations
  • Adaptable and eager to learn
  • Ability to think creatively and come up with new ideas
