Sr. Creative Recruiter

The Wonderful Company is seeking a strategic Senior Creative Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for our full-service, in-house agency and corporate teams, supporting hiring across Advertising, Creative, Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, and related disciplines.

What You Will Do

Lead full-cycle recruitment for creative, marketing, communications, and brand-related roles across The Wonderful Company portfolio, including both full-time and freelance talent. Partner closely with leaders across our internal agency and corporate functions to deeply understand business needs, team dynamics, and evolving talent priorities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting across a broad range of disciplines including creative, PR/corporate communications, digital marketing, and brand management roles
• Experience recruiting both full-time employees and freelance/contract talent
• Strong understanding of the creative evaluation process
• Strong proficiency using Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI Sourcing & Talent Intelligence tools, and recruiting technologies
