  • Research issues and provide solutions, alternatives, and guidance aligned with company policies and procedures.
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve complex service inquiries and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation using internal systems and service center tools.
  • Assist with administrative support activities such as coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, and supporting daily operational workflows.
  • Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to remain current on firm policies and systems.
  • Contribute to team initiatives and support service improvements that help branches and clients do business more efficiently.
