Job Description
This position plays a central role in protecting the digital footprint of a large, multisite enterprise operating within manufacturing and construction environments. The Senior Cybersecurity and Information Security Analyst is responsible for strengthening defenses, guiding security strategy, and ensuring that systems, networks, and data remain safe from internal and external threats.

Requirements

  • Create and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures
  • Lead risk assessments and utilize frameworks such as NIST and CIS
  • Oversee SaaS supported monitoring of network and system activity
  • Manage incident response activities
  • Support configuration and tuning of firewalls, VPNs, endpoint security platforms
  • Participate in vulnerability scans and penetration testing efforts
  • Recommend cybersecurity training materials and programs
  • Communicate emerging risks and best practices to employees
  • Foster a culture where secure behavior is a shared responsibility
  • Ensure alignment with relevant compliance expectations
  • Prepare clear reporting on security posture, incidents, and program status
  • Partner with IT, operations, and business groups to embed security considerations into daily workflows
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior analysts
