Job Description
We are searching for a Sr. Desktop Support Specialist to join our team and provide first level Service Desk support services to all users. Qualified candidates will have experience in handling a high volume, multi-task workload and excellent communication and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, independent worker with experience in handling a high volume, multi-task workload
  • Excellent communication, customer service, time management, conflict resolution, and problem determination/resolution skills
  • Capable of supporting a wide range of hardware and internal/external software through various organizations within the company
  • Ability to interact with team members and management at all levels
  • Familiar with Service Desk support methodology
