Job Description
Shenandoah Telecommunications Company (“Shentel”) is seeking a Sr. Developer AI to design, develop, and implement artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, developing machine learning models, and integrating AI/ML models into existing systems.

Requirements

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand, meet, and answer business challenges using AI software
  • Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems and extract insights from large datasets
  • Select appropriate machine learning tools, techniques and models based on the problem at hand
  • Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy, considering factors like computational resources and memory constraints
  • Work closely with 3rd party partners and consultants on AI Tools and implementations when implementation partners are needed
  • Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI/ML models into existing systems or develop new applications
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and contribute to the adoption of best practices within the team
