Job Description
Forestar Group Inc. is seeking a Sr. Development Manager-FG to oversee the development process of transforming raw land into lots and infrastructure for assigned projects. The role requires at least 8 years of land development experience and strong communication skills.

Requirements

  • Assist with due diligence on prospective projects
  • Coordinate and direct a team of consultants during construction
  • Create and maintain project schedule
  • Manage budget performance and report updates
  • Lead design, review, approval, permitting, bid and award processes for project amenities
  • Manage all aspects of the NPDES/SWPPP program for each assigned project
  • Conduct on-site inspections and startups as required
