Role OverviewThe Sr. Digital Product Owner Associate supports the execution of product initiatives by helping translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation. This role works closely with business partners, delivery teams, and senior product leaders to maintain the product backlog, clarify requirements, support Agile ceremonies including product demos to stakeholders, to help ensure solutions meet business needs and quality expectations.
What You Will Do
The Sr. Digital Product Owner Associate will support test planning and user acceptance testing, assist with release readiness activities, and track cross-team dependencies, risks, and issues. They will also contribute to smooth execution by maintaining organized documentation and following through on assigned deliverables and product support activities.

Requirements
- Minimum 4-6 years related experience in product ownership, product management, business analysis, digital product delivery, or a related business or technology role
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- SAFe Agile and/or Six Sigma certification a plus
- Salesforce certifications are a plus
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
