Job Description
The Sr. Direct Support Professional works with children and adolescents in a community residence, providing therapeutic support, trauma-informed care, and supervision. The role requires a senior member of the DSP department to develop, supervise, and implement therapeutic recreational activities, and provide feedback and insights to the supervisor and treatment team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to utilize an electronic health record and Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
  • Excellent engagement skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team
