Job Description
The Senior Director, Account Development leads the regional strategy and execution of account development across a specific region, driving enterprise-wide revenue growth, optimizing pipeline performance, and aligning account development with corporate strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Progressive experience in senior leadership roles within Account Development, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, CRO, or Life sciences industry required.
  • Proven success in leading large-scale global sales organizations and driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical, CRO, or life sciences industry required.
  • Expertise in CRM systems, sales analytics, and digital engagement platforms.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Direct management experience including planning, goal setting, and implementing practices to achieve performance goals and the development of individual team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Effective written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
