Job Description
The Senior Director, Account Development leads the regional strategy and execution of account development across a specific region, driving enterprise-wide revenue growth, optimizing pipeline performance, and aligning account development with corporate strategic objectives.
Requirements
BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Progressive experience in senior leadership roles within Account Development, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
Experience in the pharmaceutical, CRO, or Life sciences industry required.
Proven success in leading large-scale global sales organizations and driving measurable business outcomes.
Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical, CRO, or life sciences industry required.
Expertise in CRM systems, sales analytics, and digital engagement platforms.
Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Direct management experience including planning, goal setting, and implementing practices to achieve performance goals and the development of individual team members.
Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Effective written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
