Job Description
Casey Family Programs, an Equal Opportunity Employer, is seeking a Sr. Director, Child & Family Services Operations to lead the Child and Family Services (CFS) Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will oversee the continuous quality improvement efforts of CFS, business processes, and data analysis, among other functions.

Requirements

  • Master's degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in child welfare or a related field
  • Proven track record of progressive leadership in operations, including supervision and management
  • Experience establishing and maintaining operational and administrative standards
  • Demonstrated knowledge of field office operation
  • Technical expertise to oversee data and reporting processes
  • Superb judgement
  • Ability to work under short deadlines and understand urgency
