Job Description
The Sr. Director, Clinical Strategy & Market Operations is accountable for designing and scaling clinical initiatives that improve patient outcomes, optimize physician performance, and unlock value through sub-capitated and risk-based partnerships.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare delivery, strategy, or operations
  • Deep knowledge of clinical program development and operations in areas such as Renal Care, Oncology, and Palliative Care
  • Experience with provider incentive model design and execution in risk-bearing organizations
  • Track record of successfully implementing cross-functional initiatives across complex, matrixed environments
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into action and communicate performance to diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with executive presence and the ability to influence across disciplines
