Role Overview

Provide strategic direction for enterprise-wide compensation and recognition policy and plans. Work with key stakeholders to ensure competitive and cost-effective programs. Lead a high-performing compensation team to deliver strong solutions.

What You Will Do

Design, implement, and communicate compensation practices, including market pricing, base pay components, commission, and short and long-term incentive plans. Partner with business and HR leaders to develop job descriptions and classification systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 15+ years of related experience
  • At least 5 years as a senior level HR executive
  • GRP/CCP/CEBS/CBP certification (preferred)
