What You Will Do
Design, implement, and communicate compensation practices, including market pricing, base pay components, commission, and short and long-term incentive plans. Partner with business and HR leaders to develop job descriptions and classification systems.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 15+ years of related experience
- At least 5 years as a senior level HR executive
- GRP/CCP/CEBS/CBP certification (preferred)
