Job Description

We are looking to hire an Sr. Director Corporate Accounting & External Reporting immediately in a Hybrid (50/50) capacity at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland. The role is responsible for the SEC and ESG external reporting functions, certain corporate accounting functions, technical accounting policy and application, and support of complex transactions including acquisitions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
CPA required
12 years + experience with US GAAP accounting and SEC reporting.
Combination of public accounting experience auditing SEC companies and corporate accounting roles at publicly traded companies preferred.
