Job Description
Electronic Arts is seeking a Senior Director of Application Security & Red Teaming to oversee the security of its technology and global operations. The role involves shaping application security, leading adversarial testing, and securing AI platforms.

Requirements

  • Experience leading Application Security, Red Team, or offensive security functions at enterprise scale
  • Deep technical expertise in exploit development, penetration testing, and adversary simulation
  • Experience evaluating and securing AI platforms, LLM based applications, and agentic workflows
