Role OverviewThe Sr. Director, Finance Technology Product Management will provide leadership for Finance technology strategy, modernization, and vendor management, ensuring Finance technology solutions support current operational needs while continuing to evolve and modernize to meet future business objectives.

The role involves monitoring technology trends, driving technology-enabled modernization initiatives, overseeing system administration, collaborating with IT and Finance stakeholders, and building strong relationships with business leaders and vendors.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field

- Minimum 7+ years of people leadership experience
- Ability to bring structure and clarity to complex, high-volume demand environments
- Strong facilitation skills to align stakeholders and guide prioritization without direct authority
