Role OverviewThe Sr. Director of Total Rewards will lead initiatives across compensation and benefits, payroll, and HR compliance, ensuring competitiveness while maintaining cost efficiency and associate engagement.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include leading staff, managing weekly disbursement of multi-state payroll, leading annual performance review cycle, designing and analyzing reporting initiatives, and resolving payroll questions and errors.

Requirements
- 10+ years progressive experience in payroll
- Experience with compensation design, including incentive, commission, structure, and executive compensation
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Experience developing associate benefits programs, including developing policies and administrative regulations
- Visionary leadership with successful track record in creating and leading cross-functional initiatives related to Compensation and Benefit strategies, and process implementation
- Demonstrated experience in the following areas: executive compensation, salary planning, incentive plans, market pricing, job evaluation, data analysis, research, and cost modeling
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to communicate vision and gain alignment with senior leaders, both internally and externally
- Ability to influence, adapt and lead through ambiguity and change in a dynamic growth environment
