Role OverviewThe Sr. Director, Operations Engineering, will oversee managing day-to-day operations and core functions of operations to achieve and maintain operational excellence.
What You Will Do
Guarantee production, delivery in full, on time and in specifications required by customers, at the most cutthroat cost. Define operational financial goals. Establish and communicate Business Unit goals and assignments.

- 10-15 years of industry experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Hands-on experience with NPI (New Product Introduction)
- Expertise in managing high- and low-volume production and high- and low-mix product environments
- Extensive experience in assembly processes, and automation systems
- Strong background in P&L management
- Ability to effectively influence senior leadership, executives, and key clients
- Client-focused with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively to meet technical and operational needs
- Extensive experience in expansion and ramping up
