Job Description
DO & CO is seeking a Sr. Director, Project Management to lead large-scale capital projects, facility buildouts, and infrastructure initiatives across expanding operations. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience managing complex projects within construction, real estate, hospitality, food production, aviation catering, manufacturing, or related industries.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive project management experience overseeing large-scale facility or infrastructure projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, Business, or related field preferred
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Experience supporting national or international expansion initiatives
  • Familiarity with union environments and airport/aviation operations is a plus
