Job Description
The Senior Director of Total Rewards is responsible for the strategic design, execution, and evolution of the organization’s Total Rewards programs.

Requirements

  • Own and evolve the Total Rewards strategy
  • Lead the design, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs
  • Oversee core Total Rewards cycles and processes
  • Develop and maintain compensation frameworks
  • Partner closely with Finance, Talent, Operations, and business leaders to provide compensation guidance
  • Establish and enforce governance, repeatable practices, and policies that ensure fair, equitable, compliant, and consistent pay decisions
  • Lead compensation analytics and market analyses
  • Manage and optimize compensation systems, tools, and platforms
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with external consultants, benefits brokers, and third-party vendors
  • Support organizational growth and acquisitions
