Job Description

The Senior Director of Total Rewards is responsible for the strategic design, execution, and evolution of the organization’s Total Rewards programs.

Requirements

Own and evolve the Total Rewards strategy
Lead the design, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs
Oversee core Total Rewards cycles and processes
Develop and maintain compensation frameworks
Partner closely with Finance, Talent, Operations, and business leaders to provide compensation guidance
Establish and enforce governance, repeatable practices, and policies that ensure fair, equitable, compliant, and consistent pay decisions
Lead compensation analytics and market analyses
Manage and optimize compensation systems, tools, and platforms
Build and maintain strong partnerships with external consultants, benefits brokers, and third-party vendors
Support organizational growth and acquisitions
