Job Description
The Sr. Electronics Engineer will support Manufacturing and Engineering by leading complex testing, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs of conversion products. This is a senior hands-on role requiring advanced electronics knowledge, strong technical judgment, and the ability to mentor and guide junior Technicians.
Requirements
AA/AS degree in Electronics or related field, or equivalent professional experience
4-5+ years of experience in power electronics testing and repair
Advanced understanding of electronic components, circuitry, and schematic interpretation
Proficiency with lab and bench equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, electronic loads, etc.)
Demonstrated success troubleshooting and repairing complex electronics at the component and system level
Familiarity with IPC standards and structured quality environments
Experience working in high-reliability sectors (defense, aerospace, industrial, medical, etc.)
Background in ISO9001/AS9100 quality systems or test-fixture development
