Role OverviewThe Sr. Engineer, Compliance is responsible for working with testing agencies, factories, and departments to develop, monitor, and maintain schedules related to product compliance testing. Instrumental in ensuring the company remains aware of regulatory and code compliance changes.
What You Will Do
Leads coordination efforts with HVAC departments, MEUS product factories, AHRI, EPA, and DOE to ensure company products are properly certified. Works closely with certification bodies to ensure product safety requirements are applied and met.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, engineering technology or equivalent
- 5+ years engineering experience in HVAC or a related industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, training, and technical writing skills
- Experience and working knowledge of UL 60335-2-40 & -1, AHRI 210-240/1600, NEC
- Team oriented, self-motivated, and analytical approach to problem solving
