Job Description
At Jack Henry, we're seeking a Senior Network Support Engineer to become a vital part of our Enterprise Network team. In this role, you'll oversee and enhance our sophisticated network infrastructure, which spans from datacenters to millions of end-users across financial institutions.

Requirements

  • Assist in maintaining and deploying multi-vendor high-availability network solutions
  • Configure and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, Wireless Controllers
  • Provide hardware and software support for the Wireless Environment across all Jack Henry locations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Security, Systems, and Operations, to deliver reliable and secure network services
  • Regularly troubleshoot, resolve network issues
