Job Description
TalentFish is casting a line for a Sr Epic Application Analyst – Epic ClinDoc Certified. This is a direct hire role with our premier client – mission driven Healthcare provider role in 95% remote must be able to be on site in Chicago by car so Ill, NW Indiana, Wisconsin – will be required to provide onsite support from time to time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required (Associate degree with seven (7) years of Epic application experience accepted in lieu of Bachelor's)
  • Minimum five (5) years of Epic application experience
  • Active Epic certification(s), specifically Epic ClinDoc certification
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize system tools and information systems technology, including Microsoft Office products
  • Strong experience planning and organizing day-to-day activities, managing multiple assignments, and meeting established deadlines
  • Proven experience leading projects and providing expert consultative guidance on change initiatives
  • Experience leading meetings between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third parties to define requirements and solutions
  • Experience working with diverse, multi-disciplinary teams across all organizational levels
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with both technical and clinical audiences
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technically complex issues involving integrated systems
  • Preferred: Experience working in a hospital or healthcare organization
