Requirements
10+ years of experience in estimating/project management.
Undergraduate or graduate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or construction-related technology, OR extensive and related work experience leading to a thorough understanding of the knowledge, skills and abilities described above.
Knowledge and understanding of construction means/methods and experience estimating for multi-trade required projects.
Experience with estimating software including Procore and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, independently as well as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail; strong communication, interpersonal, leadership and team-building skills.
Organizing and managing workloads efficiently, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Resourceful and diligent in seeking solutions to problems and adapting to new situations.
