Role OverviewAs a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will be an integral partner with the budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes, utilizing Workday Adaptive Insights Planning to move the organization to best practices. You will design and maintain reports, be the Workday Adaptive Insights System Administrator, and deliver management reporting, financial modeling, and analysis.
What You Will Do
Deliver management reporting, financial modeling, and analysis, including KPIs, dashboards, business trends to cross-functional teams. Develop, prepare, and present specialized reports, forecasts, profitability analysis, pricing analysis, and complex financial models.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Accounting, Finance or Economics from four-year College or university
- Minimum of six years of related experience and/or training
- Knowledge of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of financial terms, concepts, and accounting principles
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong computer skills, including specific knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Broad experience with other software and financial systems is desired (particularly SAC, Adaptive, HFM Consolidation, PeopleSoft Financials, or Cognos Planning)
