Role OverviewThe Sr. GenAI Architect will own enterprise-wide end-to-end architecture for GenAI products, designing and implementing scalable GenAI solutions for business use cases and providing technical leadership and accelerating knowledge transfer.
What You Will Do
The role will involve defining reference architecture, leading development of agentic and orchestrated multi-agent architectures, establishing coding standards, and collaborating with internal teams to build CI/CD, model registry, feature stores, and vector database.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years’ progressive experience in solution architecture; 3+ years in ML/LLM systems
- Experience building and deploying LLM/ML models, connecting LLMs with APIs, defining RAG and multi-agent architectures, and cross-platform agent deployment
- Strong proficiency in Python/Rust and modern AI SDKs
- Strong with Python backends, cloud services, vector databases, and eventing
- Proven ability to design scalable GenAI architectures leveraging cloud platforms and MLOps practices
- Strong mentoring and technical leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to create architectural diagrams and technical documentation for non-technical stakeholders
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to successfully collaborate with cross-functional departments
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
- Ability to manage simultaneous projects and complete multiple tasks
