Job Description
Senior HR Business Partner responsible for developing and executing HR strategies and accomplishing business goals. Onsite opportunity in Sharonville, OH. Consults with business leaders to diagnose current and future HR needs and develop strategies for resolution. Leads and supports the implementation of HR strategies and objectives to align with the overall function/business strategy and the HR strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Business, HR or a related field; professional HR certification preferred
  • 5 – 7 years of professional and progressive HR experience in manufacturing environment or similar industry
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
  • High proficiency in MS Suite (Excel, PP, Word, Teams) and an ATS (SuccessFactors)
