Role OverviewThe Sr. HR Operations Associate coordinates and supports employee and contingent workforce onboarding processes while assisting with HR operations, compliance, and administrative activities. Serving as a key point of contact for employees, hiring managers, HR partners, and external vendors, this role helps ensure timely onboarding, relocation coordination, Day One readiness, and a positive employee experience through effective organization, follow-up, and cross-functional coordination.
What You Will Do
The Sr. HR Operations Associate will coordinate employee onboarding, contingent workforce lifecycle, and HR operations & process improvement support. This includes creating and updating training materials, employee communications, onboarding resources, and HR process documentation, as well as administering assigned HR operational processes.

Requirements
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Human Resources, HR operations, onboarding, employee support, or a related administrative or operational function.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent related experience may be considered.
- Working knowledge of HR operations, onboarding, relocation coordination, contingent workforce processes, employee documentation, and related compliance requirements.
- Ability to coordinate assigned HR operational processes, timelines, and deliverables with minimal guidance while escalating complex or sensitive issues appropriately.
- Strong customer service and employee support skills, including the ability to respond to questions, resolve routine issues, and support a positive employee and candidate experience.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional partners, including HR, hiring managers, IT, Security, Facilities, Finance, Procurement, and external vendors.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy, documentation quality, confidentiality, compliance, and audit readiness.
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and recurring administrative processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain HR processes clearly and maintain employee-facing resources, job aids, and process documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, HRIS, and related HR or vendor management systems, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
