Job Description

Requirements
5+ years of progressive HRIS experience with hands-on system configuration and administration.
Strong expertise in Dayforce (configuration, reporting, security, updates).
Experience supporting system integrations and payroll interfaces.
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, advanced formulas).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
High attention to detail with ability to identify and recommend improvements.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
